  I found these reviews confusing, was there an unreasonable wait or was the service really five stars? My experience was in the middle, I waited in line, as I expected to. I conducted my transaction with less than satisfactory results. Not the teller's fault, not mine either - Chase corporate convoluted process is to blame. Going to the bank, post office, dmv, or whatever- sucks. That is why there are so many mobile apps for banking and vehicle registration. They don't want you there either, the public is expensive to deal with and negative opinions are bad for business. If you have to go into the bank, have realistic expectations and schedule more time for that errand. If it takes less time than you thought, you'll have a better experience.
