  I first trained with Bob back in the 90's and then again a couple of years ago I was fortunate enough to return to the Denver area and again start training with him. Having trained at several Dojo's in the U.S. and seen everything from those schools that under formal marketing to just sell memberships to the real thing. I can attest that if you want to learn how to defend yourself in a no B.S. environment, this is the school. Bob's training just keeps getting better and better. I've passed some of his techniques on to the uninitiated, and those techniques stuck. If you want Hollywood training you'll not find it here. But, what you will find is one of the best instructors I've ever had and someone who will work with you to modify techniques if you have any physical limitations. And the beauty of the experience is that you come out better than when you started. I challenge anyone who reads this review to give Bob's school a try and tell me it wasn't worth the time. The phrase I have developed in these turbulent times is "I can defend myself, can you?" I owe some of my skills to Bob Orlando and the other students of his Dojo. Now quit reading and go to the school, you'll be happy that you did.

  Bob Orlando runs a quality martial arts school that is second to none. Bob is a true martial artist who strives for perfection from himself and generously shares his knowledge, observations, and decades of experience with his students to help make them the best martial artists they can be. The best part of Bob's school in my opinion is that what is learned there is highly practical and designed for real life situations. This is not a fluff school.

  Je-du-too is one of the best schools in the Denver metropolitan area for self-defense. It offers a relaxed and run atmosphere where questions are encouraged. Bob Orlando is an experienced martial artist and a excellent teacher. No contracts or hidden costs. Great value.
